★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 5 weeks and loved it. Clean place and friendly staff (for the most part). The lady at the reception wearing glasses was very rude to me and my friend. She kicked us out after only 5 minutes of waiting in the common area for a package that was delayed 2 days after our checkout date. Highly annoying that we couldn’t spend 1-2 hours in the common area waiting quietly for a package

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually very nice apartments but: there is a large construction site next door. The noise goes from 7am to 8pm even on weekends. That is suffering unbearable for someone who wants to relax here. They really shouldn't work on weekends or at least only until 6pm during the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the location, beautiful place far away from hectic strip. Apartment is beautiful with a beautiful design. The only thing I didn’t like is that it gets very quite sometimes and you can hear everyone’s conversation. You can rent a bike but there are a lot of holes on the streets since they are not paved. All the staff is really nice !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the place soooo much! Very clean, the gym is nice, the grounds are beautiful. You can do your laundry there, as well. But the best are the rooms - so spacious, clean and comfortable! 10/10 I would definitely go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at two apartments here, 119 and 235 and they were both excellent. The WiFi is great, the space is clean, comfy and modern. It was really a great place with a beautiful pool and an awesome food bar. Definitely recommend a mode of transportation as it is far from town and the roads are full potholes. The host was very friendly and so helpful/responsive during our stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost. The roads are beyond terrible, there is absolutely nothing around and to get anywhere there is a minimum half hour commute through the worst public road I have seen (and I'm an avid dirt bike enthusiast). The internet in the area sucks for travelers who want to work a bit and the pool is freezing (even for a Canadian like me )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo was very comfortable & relaxing. There's construction in the area but it didn't overshadow the calm atmosphere. There's a little shop on the grounds where you can get the basics and the restaurant has good vegan food.
The location is a little out of the way but if you don't mind waking it's about 40 minutes to the main street of Tulum. Take an umbrella for shade! It's easy enough to get taxis from Mistiq around the corner.
The hosts are very responsive and made me feel very welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved staying at DK! Their outdoor atmosphere is so dreamy…! They have a small convenient store downstairs and a Vegan Restaurant.
They also have a shared laundry room and a gym! Bring your own detergent! Was super grateful for this.
I really appreciated that the unit I stayed in had two bikes for us to use!
Great staff that kept the pools clean, the gym clean and the hallways ?? would love to come back if I’m in Tulum again.
