Habitaciones amplias y limpias, wifi rápido súper contentos con el trato que se nos dio desde que llegamos en general! Recomendado! Very satisfied with our stay is very close to the beach without this inflate the rates including the beach club super father. Spacious and clean rooms, fast wifi super happy with the treatment that was given to us since we arrived in general! Recommended!

Amira está a tan solo 10 minutos en auto de los Principales Beach Club de Tulum y del sitio arqueológico Tulum. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, equipadas con todo lo necesario para cocinar y servir tus alimentos, lo único que no me gustó fue que ir a otro edificio para usar la lavandería comunal. Amira Residence, is located in Aldea Zama, a super quiet, safe place, in the middle of a lot of vegetation, ideal if you are looking for tranquility, peace and rest. Amira is just 10 minutes by car from Tulum's Main Beach Club and the Tulum archeological site. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you need to cook and serve your food, the only thing I did not like was to go to another building to use the communal laundry.
M	MISAEL GRANILLO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tulum es uno de mis lugares a favoritos para vacacionar, este fin de semana nos escapamos del estrés de la ciudad y nos alojamos en Amira Residence, para nosotros fue nuestra primera experiencia en un condominio vacacional y quedé muy sorprendido, todo lo tienen organizado como si fuera un hotel, en la zona exclusiva de Aldea Zama en Tulum. Llegamos al edificio y en la recepción nos dió la bienvenida el concierge, quien nos ayudó a realizar el check in. La habitación estaba súper bien, muy limpia, amplia y con vistas a las áreas verdes. El concierge nos sugirió pasear por Tulum en bicicleta, que es la forma en la que se mueven la mayoría de los turistas. Para mi sorpresa, no nos cobraron por usar las bicis, además nos reservaron un espacio en un club de playa que también está muy cerca de Amira Residence y al que llegamos muy fácil en la bici. En la noche que volvimos, usamos el jacuzzi privado que hay en la terraza del depa. La pasamos muy bien, con un poco de música y un buen vino. Durante la estancia siempre el personal fue muy amable y sonriente, los concierge muy atentos de nuestras necesidades y siempre con sugerencias de cosas que hacer, ver o visitar en Tulum. Sin duda me volvería a quedar nuevamente en este lugar. Tulum is one of my favorite places to vacation, this weekend we escaped from the stress of the city and stayed at Amira Residence, for us it was our first experience in a vacation condominium and I was very surprised, they have everything organized as if outside a hotel, in the exclusive area of Aldea Zama in Tulum. We arrived at the building and at the reception we were welcomed by the concierge, who helped us to check in. The room was super good, very clean, spacious and overlooking the green areas. The concierge suggested that we ride around Tulum by bike, which is the way most tourists get around. To my surprise, they did not charge us for using the bikes, they also reserved a space for us in a beach club that is also very close to Amira Residence and we reached it very easily on the bike. On the night we returned, we used the private jacuzzi on the terrace of the apartment. We had a great time, with a little music and a good wine. During the stay the staff was always very friendly and smiling, the concierge very attentive to our needs and always with suggestions of things to do, see or visit in Tulum. I would definitely stay at this place again.

T	Tara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an absolutely crazy experience, if it weren’t for the staff Belu and the late night security guard we would of been in a very bad position. We booked our stay through Airbnb. We had some holdups at the airport and a 3 hour wait at the rental car place. By the time we got to Amira Residence it was 2:30am! The security guard had no knowledge of our booking and he couldn’t find our reservation information. After making some calls he allowed us to stay for the night no questions asked and let us figure out our reservation in the morning. We were in a foreign country, in the middle of the night with no place to go. I am incredibly grateful they let us stay! I contacted Airbnb’s emergency customer service and they immediately tried to contact the host. We woke up at 8am the next day. Airbnb told us that the host decided to cancel our reservation, we were never told what happened but I’m assuming it was a scam! Belu at Amira Residence came to our room at 10 we were already packed and ready to leave. We felt so uncomfortable, we had no idea where we were going to go. She made us feel welcome, we could see that she was doing everything in her power to salvage our reservation! She allowed us to stay and she even let us stay for the original rate of our Airbnb. To top it off she gave us a list of her favorite vegan restaurants for us to try! The customer service and experience at Amira Residence was by far the best customer service experience we have ever had! What could of been a very dangerous situation turned into a wonderful trip! I couldn’t recommend Amira Residence enough! The staff was absolutely wonderful and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Belu and the security staff! Thank you for keeping us safe! Thank you for your kindness and generosity! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
