★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our AC unit was broken for the first few days of our stay.
Not only did they not fix it properly they stopped answering our phone calls. We paid for a 3 bedroom place and had to sleep in the living room on the couches because the rooms were impossible to stay in. I wouldn't be so upset if they would of moved us or even compensated us for our misery but letting a pregnant woman sleep on the couch in dying hot weather is very unacceptable especially since we paid a few thousand dollars for our place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed last week. Home was perfect, price was right and service by Playacar Vacation Rentals was EXCELLENT! They stocked our fridge, got us a personal chef and managed to contact the taxi driver to retrieve an iPhone. Attention to details before we even left home. Correspondence via email clear and on time. Customer Service exceptional. Highly recommend. Will definitely use them again.
