R	Richard Murry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a serene hidden gem almost at the end of Beach Road, just before the Sian Ka’an arch. Seemingly worlds away from the glitz of the big hotels up the road, this is where you should come to relax and recharge right on the water’s edge. Our studio apartment was fully equipped and spotless. Bring your own groceries or take a stroll up the sand to several restaurants. A/C only runs at night but we never turned it on. Staff is friendly and helpful and management is responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Airy and bright with a simple kitchen equipped with enough tools to cook up some small meals. Being directly on the sea, the breeze was constant and delightful with screens on all the windows and doors which made it possible to not have to use a/c. Close enough by walking, bicycle or taxi to the busier section of the beach strip where we did amazing yoga, ate fantastic food and even visited a small cenote across the road. The owners are super friendly and do whatever they can to make your visit most enjoyable. The staff was visible when needed and we felt safe and secure. An amazing place to connect with Tulum nature and preserve the environment. We look forward to returning!

Simply a PARADISE. In these past 15 years (in 2009 it was still lovely) Tulum has gradually changed enormously and it is changing (to the worse, for me) year by year. Rancho San Eric is the only place remained which gives the same flavor of tranquillity, serenity and peace that Tulum had, and which is already totally gone from just a few steps from Rancho towards North. The difference between where I used to stay years ago and Rancho is that Rancho San Eric has lovely, and even gorgeous houses. We usually stay at Perico (our favorite)or Buho studio, but we have also been to the lovely Cenzontle one bedroom. We simply LOVE Rancho San Eric, every time is a joy to be back there.

The property is immaculate, the staff were so attentive, the food they cooked was superb, and our home was beautiful! Hui and Stefan were amazing hosts! They were always checking in on us to see if we needed anything and on our last day their family came out and helped our son learn a little about kite surfing! The location is perfect as it is away from more of the crowded area of the beach but yet easy to walk to the beach bars and hotels! We had an amazing trip and are looking to book at Rancho San Eric again!

The place is farther South on the road than most of the trendy hotel scene, so it is peaceful (no club music on your beach vacation!) with a fabulous beach. The team here is incredibly responsive and were accommodating with our baby (many hotels are adult only in Tulum). Casa Cenzontle was perfect for two adults and a baby. They have a few different options depending on your space preferences. You can walk along the beach/main road to restaurants and are close to the bioreserve. Ocean is amazing for swimming. There is also a great pool for kids with shade. We‘ll definitely be back.

Quiet - empty beautiful beach and the bungalow was very comfortable! Eric and Hui and their staff were also very helpful!! Be sure we will be back to this little piece of paradise!

Away from the madness of Tulum Beach awaits secure privacy, beautiful sunrises and the peaceful sound of waves crashing as you’re lulled to sleep each night. Amazingly clean (every day refreshed), plenty of towels and fresh drinking water are supplied. Hui & Stefan are excellent hosts and made us feel right as home - always available if we needed anything (which we did not, because they had thought of every detail! 11/10! My family and I cannot wait to return some day and once again wade in the warm waters under a full moon.
D	Darek Pyrc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! Great staff, Roberto & Jose are on the property 24/7 and if you need anything they are there for you, great people! Owners, Hui and Stefan are dedicated to this place, very responsive and care about their guests! Small problem we encountered is the sargassum on the beach, but that’s the problem that Mexico has! Besides that there is so much to do in Tulum that two weeks we spend here wasn’t enough! Overall I would recommend this place to my friends, feels like little paradise!
