Reservarmos nuestra estancia usando la aplicación de Booking (que funciona perfecto en todo México) y cuando llegamos ahí nadie sabía nada de nosotros. El dueño del lugar ni siquiera se encontraba en México y fue imposible localizarlo. A día de hoy, todavía esperamos que nos responda a las llamadas y los emails. El empleado a cargo en su ausencia no fue capaz de ofrecerlos ninguna alternativa ni tan siquiera comprobar nuestra reserva. Avoid it! We booked our stay using the Booking application (which works perfectly throughout Mexico) and when we got there no one knew anything about us. The owner of the place was not even in Mexico and it was impossible to locate him. To this day, we still expect you to respond to calls and emails. The clerk in charge in their absence was not able to offer them any alternative or even check our reservation.

Schon Check in funktionierte nicht wie beschrieben, mussten warten und bezahlen konnte man entweder bar oder mit 5% Aufschlag mit Kreditkarte. Die Wohnung war dreckig und wurde auch nicht gereinigt. Frühstück war eine Tüte mit Toastbrot und Eiern, die nicht mal angebraten werden konnten, da kein Öl oder Butter vorhanden waren. Klopapier mussten wir selbst besorgen. Eine Toilette war verstopft und es roch ganz streng in der ganzen Wohnung. Auf Anfragen hat die Frau nicht reagiert. Nachdem die schlechte Bewertung auf Booking.com vergeben war, wurde die Buchung gleich storniert. Schein wohl die Masche zu sein! Vorsicht! We booked the accommodation on Booking.com. Even check-in didn't work as described, had to wait and you could pay either in cash or with a 5% surcharge by credit card. The apartment was dirty and was not cleaned. Breakfast was a bag of toast and eggs that couldn't even be fried as there was no oil or butter. We had to get toilet paper ourselves. A toilet was clogged and there was a very strong smell in the whole apartment. The woman did not respond to inquiries. After the bad rating on Booking.com was given, the booking was canceled immediately. Seems to be the scam! Caution!

Und du brauchst noch dringender einen besseres Reinigungspersonal, sofern Du überhaupt eines hast. Die Bewertungen auf booking.com entsprechen nicht wirklich der Wahrheit (schon der Name Franzi Appartment ist ein FAKE). Bei Ankunft mussten wir mit einer anderen Kreditkarte bezahlen, die nicht auf booking.com hinterlegt war. Somit war die Buchung auf booking.com storniert, wir haben den Bonus verloren und automatisch mehr bezahlt! Durch Storno können wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr bewerten, ziemlich schlau aber nicht nett und schon gar nicht fair! Aber ok! Wir werden das bei booking.com melden. Übrigens eine "richtige" Rechnung haben wir immer noch nicht von dir bekommen. Unser Zimmer 12A war maximal 2.5 Sterne wert. Möbel super alt, Couch fleckig, Schimmel an der Wand, Küchenutensilien dreckig und nicht zu gebrauchen, die Mikrowelle von außen verrostet, Armatur in der Dusche tief verkalkt. Die Bettwäsche ein Horror - Kissen waren nicht frisch bezogen, unter der Bettdecke lange schwarze Haare, irgendwelche undefinierte Flecken und Dreck, das haben wir natürlich direkt reklamiert. Stunde später haben wir neue Polyesterbettwäsche bekommen. Immer hin. Die Wände des Appartements sind super dünn, schlecht isoliert, deswegen hellhörig und der Kühlschrank!!! ist mindestens 90 dB laut also ich musste mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen, anders würde es nicht gehen. Warum zwei Sterne - die Lage der Wohnanlage ist sehr gut gelegen, man erreicht sehr schnell (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) die 5te Avenue und den Strand. Ein paar große Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Wache, die den Eingangsbereich bewacht. Ich würde niemals dieses Appartment noch einmal buchen und keinem empfehlen, wenn man überlegt dass für 40€ mehr pro Nacht ein AI 5-Sterne Hotel in Acumal (Nachbarort) bekommt, war das definitiv eine Fehlentscheidung von uns! The reviews on booking.com are not really true (even the name Franzi Appartment is a FAKE). Upon arrival we had to pay with a different credit card that was not on booking.com. So the booking on booking.com was cancelled, we lost the bonus and automatically paid more! Due to the cancellation we can no longer rate the accommodation, pretty smart but not nice and certainly not fair! But OK! We will report this to booking.com. By the way, we still haven't received a "real" bill from you. Our room 12A was worth a maximum of 2.5 stars. Furniture super old, couch stained, mold on the wall, kitchen utensils dirty and unusable, the microwave rusted on the outside, faucet in the shower deeply calcified. The bed linen was a horror - the pillows weren't freshly made, long black hair under the duvet, some undefined stains and dirt, of course we complained about that directly. An hour later we got new polyester bedding. Anyway. The walls of the apartment are super thin, poorly insulated, so noisy and the fridge!!! is at least 90 dB loud so I had to sleep with earplugs, otherwise it wouldn't work. Why two stars - the location of the condominium is very good, you can reach 5th Avenue and the beach very quickly (about 10 minutes on foot). A few large supermarkets are also nearby. Another plus is the guard guarding the entrance area. I would never book this apartment again and would not recommend it to anyone, considering that for €40 more per night you can get an all-inclusive 5-star hotel in Acumal (neighboring town), it was definitely a wrong decision on our part!

Особенно диваны в гостиной, они все в пятнах, воняют, накрыты вонючим покрывалами. Под ковриком в гостинной много мусора. Очень много черных длинных волос,их невозможно убрать. Выдали ребенку манеж,что бы спал отдельно, матрас весь в пятнах, сеточка защитная грязная, под матрасом использованные салфетки. На кухне нет чайника,нет нормальных кастрюль и сковороды, все очень изношенное ржавое. Плита треснула,хорошо хоть работает. Видела тараканов. Тарелки,полки с посудой вс грязное, сразу не обратила вниманиЯ,пришлось все перемыть, купить моющее средство, тряпки,салфетки. Много треснутой посуды(тарелки, кружки) Было ощущение,что перед нашим въездом никто не убирал тут месяц точно. ОЧЕНЬ ШУМНАЯ КВАРТИРА!!! 2 ЭТАЖ 3 КВАРТИРА. Круглосуточно идёт разгрузка фур или грузовых машин для супермаркета МЕГА. Ребенку спать днём шумно, и ночью и нам соответсвенно- не высыпаемся все. Стулья в самодельных чехлах, с них сыпется изношенный кож.зам. Нужно постоянно это все убирать. Бронировали на букинге, оплатили по приезду с карты, потом отменил хозяин бронь, в итоге потеряли бонус, переплата за проживание. ХОЗЯИН МОШЕННИК. ОЧЕНЬ НЕ ДОВОЛЬНЫ ТАКИМ СЕРВИСОМ И СИТУАЦИЕ С ОПЛАТОЙ. At first glance, a huge bright apartment. It actually turned out to be very dirty. Тонкий стеклопакет - старая изношенная мебель от которой сыпется мусор на пол - шум от ремонта магазинов на первом этаже под нами - все в плитке, с маленькими детьми опасно - старая посуда на кухне и лопнутая печка - течет кран - один из туалетов замыкается сам) - представитель квартиры берет деньги по букингу и затем отменяет бронь чтоб вы отзыв плохой не оставили - квартира не стоит своих денег и требует ремонта - нет русскоязычных каналов на tv - очень шумит холодильник - нет стиралки с сушилкой обещаной - квартира не обслуживается. Пришлось самим вытирать пыль и отмывать кухню - детская кроватка грязнющая - тараканы - одним словом "мужик хозяин" Плюсы: - просторная 140м.кв на 6 человек + огромные балконы - светлая - рядом ТЦ - лифт - печка греет оч. Of course, the private rooftop terrace with an own whirlpool is amazing, as well as the spacious rooftop pool shared by the apartments. In the apartment itself, two nice bedrooms each with AC, a living room and a modern kitchen. Located quietly, 8 minutes walk from 5th Avenue and 10-12 mins walk from the beach. Surrounded by apartment buildings, a big supermarket with pharmacy right next door. And, most importantly, right in front there are food trucks with excellent, more than affordable Mexican food (mostly locals eat there) - fresh Tacos, Empanadas, Burittos, Quesadillas etc. Also, located5 minutes walk from El Fogon (an famous local restaurant). The manager Luca is a very professional, friendly and competent host speaking several languages. Reception Staff 24/7, very friendly and helpful, keeping the place safe by managing the main door. At the moment, because of Covid-Hygiene measures, breakfast consists of breakfast ingredients delivered to the door on demand, which were completely sufficient. Thank you for the unique acommodation!
