E	Evan Sabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was nice to say the least, the views from the penthouse of the street and the stadium across the road was nice, the people who work there are also pretty nice. This place seemed like a quiet place where most people go to retire, gives off a warm welcoming feeling, but still is nice in terms of "new trends". One thing that was a little disappointing was the weird wood art thing on the wall. There was wood blocks that were loose or just straight up gone. This place is close to fifth avenue, which is close to many local street restaurants that receive foot traffic.

The main street to go shopping and spend time or go eat was only a couple blocks away. The rooms are clean and the ac worked great.

On the first floor there is a balcony with grill, some people make barbecue ? truly say the smell from that cooking feel all the guests around ? There is also a gym, a playroom for kids. All the public zones, toilets, grounds are regularly cleaned. Close to the 5th Avenida, 10 minutes to the beach on foot. Staff is polite and helpful. ???
