★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot fault this hotel AT ALL. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed as if it was our home. Staff was very friendly and helped us with everything (even a broke tyre on our car !)
Rooms are super comfortable, breakfast excellent and the pool a delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful! Super nice staff, clearly explain the Valladolid City, introduce food, place for visit, money exchanged, I don’t speak Spanish, the info is very helpful. Provided unlimited bottle of waters, it’s really important to travels to the ruines. Hotel is tidy and clean, room is nice with super high ceiling, although, the front door is not easy to see, but goggle has direct me to the exact location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got tired of Cancun so we traveled the 90 some miles to come here. We wish we had spent our entire vacation here. Our suite was unbelievable and the price was nearly unbelievable. It is very clean, quiet & relaxing. The staff is exceptional & it is just a short walk to a cenote or to the lively square. You should definitely stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great hotel in Valladolid and one of our favorites during our trip to Mexico. The staff spoke great English, had good recommendations and were especially friendly (offering us a cold beer upon our arrival after a long day of traveling). The best part of the hotel is its wonderful location just yards from the main square making exploring Valladolid on foot very easy. The rooms and beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was included in the cost and very delicious. The pool and garden area were great place to relax. Parking on the street was free. I would highly recommend this place!

From the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, to the gorgeous grounds, to a breakfast I'll taste again in my dreams (you HAVE to try their homemade coffee!)...everything about this place is phenomenal. It's in a fantastic location, has secure parking close by, and has modern amenities in a beautiful old home. It was a little plot of heaven, and I look forward to the day I can visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This boutique hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast every morning was the best we had in all of the Yucatan. Best mole ever. The hotel itself was unique and close to everything in town. The grounds were well landscaped and the pool was perfect (although I wish the jacuzzi was warm). The staff were beyond accommodating to our young family, which made our stay very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely appointed rooms in a colonial family home which was converted for the purpose. Fine service and excellent breakfast with a daily changing dish. The family and the staff that run it couldn't be more helpful and attentive. The pool in the garden is wonderfully refreshing. We stayed with young kids sharing a room as a family and this worked very well. We felt valued and welcome as guests. Moreover, this hotel has a central location at a stone's throw away from the main plaza of Valladolid. You can generally walk everywhere in the centre. Heartily recommended.
