Let me start by saying.... It is obvious that this is more of a tasting / informative / & they hope you purchase location. With that said,.... Look this is some of the best tasting tequila I have ever had and the "Family Reserve" Did beautiful things on my tongue, I was just not prepared to pay the price for "Family Reserve" versus what I did pick up. The location is a very beautiful place, the lady in the picture with me ( I'll insert her name when I recall it ) is a representative for the family. I can attest that she is doing more than a fine job representing the family and this brand of tequila. I will return to this location to pick up the family reserve and the Anejo ( burgundy looking bottle) the next time, it has such a beautiful flavor. That extra was TOO SMOOTH to leave there tho..

The tour is free, but actually they're selling the tequilas 2x the price you see online. I was naive enough to fall into the sales techniques (yes, the tequila we tasted was damn great) and saw only after I returned home that you can buy the same for half price. They sell extra anejo for 145 usd, while its only 80 usd online. The guide said interesting stuff about tequila making and we even tasted mexican vanilla and agave syrup. I just hope the tequile we purchased will taste the same like during tasting, as some people wrote here in the reviews that it was different....

Our tour guide was exceptional, very informative! The tequilas were also exceptional. A bit pricey, but our taste buds thought they were worth it. There's also a nice restaurant on the premises.

Arthur and his mother provided an interesting yet condensed history of the agave plant used in making tequila. He was interactive with our small group of 4 and the presentation duration was under 30 minutes including the tasting portion. Arthur was knowledgeable about the aging process of tequila and offered 5 different level during the taste test. Flavored tequila were our favorite part, and there was not a high pressured sales pitch at the end.

This was a wonderful little free tour. We learned the process of making tequila and then got to taste.

Victor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about tequila. It was a blast tasting tequila with him. All of their tequila is organic and sugarfree. You've got to try their coffee tequila!

A must stop while in Cozumel. It's free to enter and take the tour. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
