Casa Mtl Tulum - 77760 Tulum

Nous avons passé deux semaines à la Casa MTL Tulum de Jocelyn et Mario avec nos deux enfants. Notre séjour fût très agréable! Tout était parfait! L’appartement était propre, avec toutes les commodités et à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Mario et Jocelyn sont des hôtes aimables et ils connaissent bien la région et les activités. Je recommande la Casa MTL Tulum à quiconque veut passer du bon temps à Tulum!

Très bel endroit, calme et reposant. De très beaux appartements. Bien situé, proche des restaurants. Vous serez reçus comme des rois par les hôtes. Ce n'est pas juste une location de vacances. Les hôtes souhaitent que vous passiez de très belles alors ils vous recommanderons les meilleurs endroits de Tulum et les visites à faire. De plus ils fournissent les vélos gratuitement. Il vous sera facile d'aller à la plage ou au centre ville avec. Si vous venez en auto, il y a un stationnement.

Josh and Mario are so accommodating and the place is like a mini resort. Beautiful!!! Great location near the main street. Having access to bikes we could use when we wanted was wonderful.

Clean, beautiful and quiet space with fast reliable wifi (working from home) Thank you Mario for such a nice welcome and made me feel like at home. I have also in my stay a fantastic kitchen (I love cooking). I highly recommend it

Took out glasses and utensils from the cabinets and noticed they were filthy. Seems they allow the previous guests to do your dishes, having no regard if anything is actually clean. Remember to re-wash everything you use. Rooftop pool is the size of a small hot tub, and had a greasy film on the top, the surrounding rooftop had empty beer cans, plates and cigarette butts, which would have been fine if it was early in the morning, but it was 3pm and they were clearly there from the night before judging by all the ants. Also, watch your toes on the wood deck as they used nails, that have started to protrude. The main pool is a little nicer and a bit larger, yet still lacks attention of the cleaning staff. Bottom of the pool was littered with leaves for our entire stay. Also, this place is a fire trap waiting to happen. You essentially use a screwdriver key to open and close the main entrance and each patio door…which took our host a couple minutes to show us how to do, because it’s the dumbest locking system around, and doesn’t work properly. These same locks are also used for each unit entrance. At night you need the screwdriver key to lock your unit door from the inside. If any emergency ever happened, you would essentially be trapped in the unit. One other nonsensical thing is Mario only rents his bikes for a week at a time and WILL NOT rent the bikes per day. They told us they have cameras watching us, so we shouldn’t dare. As expected, the bikes sat unused our entire stay. The location is a 30 minutes walk to anything of use…and now I’ve lost interest in wasting anymore time on this place.
