★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Very large house, feet from the ocean. Most bedrooms have ocean views. Several kitchens, two large balconies. Very well maintained. My only complaints are the stairs and wifi...one set is spiral and very steep (not good for pets or small children). The other set is outside from 1st floor balcony to second floor balcony, small inconvenience. The wifi never worked for my wife and I, and all others had issues with it. Don't count on having a wifi connection while here. Overall, this is an awesome property for large groups and the location is great. Felt very safe here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Nirvana is a gorgeous mansion directly on the beachfront. The living area and multiple private patios have stunning ocean views. The house also has a private staircase down to the beach. The beach is beautiful and clean. We were the only people on the beach for the entirety of our stay. I highly recommend Casa Nirvana to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Las Conchas, Rocky Point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs an entire redo of their wifi, separate wifi in the casita/stronger signal, and maybe consider adding a few ceiling fans out on the patio/balcony, otherwise our stay was great. Minus 1 star for the issues with the wifi connection. It would constantly drop inside the Casita and only held a strong connection in the living room/main floor.
