Love this place

My Family and I (5 adults and 2 children) stayed here in March, 2016. You have to climb quite a few steps to get here, but when you reach the house it is amazing. It worked so well to have a house with a kitchen, washing machine and everything you would need for a stay here. When we did have trouble with the internet, we made a call and someone came within minutes to help and fix the problem. The same was true when we needed more water. The only thing I would change or ask for would be an air conditioner for the 3rd bedroom. It got QUITE warm in that room. my husband and I rented a scooter for about $185 for 7 days ($450 pesos per day) and also a golf cart that was needed for the grandkids. There is a nice place for parking and it was quite close to a store that hade groceries or anything else you might need. there were two sets of Patio doors that walked out into the back yard that was also a cliff with the crashing waves below. So very beautiful and a GREAT sound to listen to if you didn't have the AC on which we only ran while sleeping. Great Place over all.

Spent 2 weeks at Casa Nueva Esperanza and had a wonderful time! Such a great location with everything we could possibly need! Comfy bed, great views, amazing local restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance! Even though the rental was so close to everything, all we could hear were the waves crashing at night! Great wifi as well :)
