Excelente lugar para hospedarse en el centro de Tulum, cómodo, bien ubicado y seguro.

Excelente lugar, atención y buena ubicación... muy cerca de vías principale, céntrico del pueblo y fácil acceso a la playa , super mercado muy cerca, tranquilo y relajado... Excelente opción para hospedarse....

Loud music all day, so if you want to enjoy a good rest in tulum, try to stay away from that place

The apartment is really nice, clean and spacious, very close to restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket opposite the street. The infinity pool at the top floor is amazing, very good spot for sunsets. They also have a barbecue where the pool is and they provide bikes if you feel like riding through the city ? I totally recommend this place!?

Perfect!! The apartment is big and clean, with a kitchen. Very quiet. Close to anywhere in town and 10 minutes by bike to the beach. Free bicycles are provided for the entire stay. The staff is nice and helpful.

The most centric hotel I've been in tulum, super close to the beach and downtown. The playa is very near and pyramids too. The pool is nice for pictures. Wifi is strong so l get to stay longer. For Shure I'm going to get back soon

Warning: if you are arriving past 10pm this hotel does not have a 24 hr concierge to let you into your apartment. On top of that, their phone is disconnected and has been for quite some time. They did not reply to our emails and both numbers listed for the hotel are not in service, leaving us rushing to cancel and book at a new place the day before our vacation! We booked thru booking.com and still have not received a refund or some sort of credit over two months later.

Where do I begin? Im not the person to ever leave reviews (good or bad ones) but I had a horrible experience and wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same situation. When I arrived to the place there was no way to get in unless someone opened the door for you. I knocked for about an hour in the heat until one gentleman (a customer) opened the door and asked me if I didn’t get a code to get in. I receive a confirmation email but never received any pin or information as to how to enter the building. Once in and with to pin to get into the room, the gentleman kindly asked if he could contact Ivan for me who apparently is the person in charge of the building. When speaking to Ivan, he informed me the reservation I made did not go through because supposedly they are not affiliated with booking.com and claims he has no idea why booking.com still offers their rooms on their website. However my card was charged almost 1000$ for four nights at the time of the reservation which was a month ago. At this point neither booking.com nor Ivan wanted to take responsibility for the mistake THEY made. Ivan offered to find me a place but two hours passed by and did not hear from him. Also, according to him I’d have to pay out of packet to this new place. The inconvenience they provoked was the worse I’ve experienced. I lost almost one day of my vacation trying to find a place to sleep thanks to Ivan and booking.com. If you ever been to tulum during this time, you know the prices are outrageous and is almost impossible to find a decent place to stay. I am very disappointed and disgusted for trying to play/rob people. I am Mexican myself and I’ve never experienced this type of service in any other court but here (sadly). Please, avoid the headache and frustration by staying here. You’ll thank me later.
