Sueños Tulum - Zona Hotelera

My friends and I stayed at Suenos Tulum for five days and we were so sad to leave. The hotel and the hotel beach front was very clean and beautiful, it is exactly as the pictures show. The food and drinks were delicious. All of the staff are phenomenal and extremely hard working. Special shoutout to Cecilio who always remembered that I was not a coffee person and instead, had a tea ready for me during the morning breakfast (which is delicious and super healthy). Cecilio and Sebastian (the Manager) were so friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their face. Most importantly, we always felt safe at Suenos. We felt at home the whole time and we can truly say, we had zero complaints.The hotel is at a perfect location and can walk to many restaurants and shops within 5 minutes.

Family trip over Thanksgiving break. Great room, quiet beach, incredible staff, and good food. Can be hard to find kid friendly places in Tulum, so grateful we did. Don’t take this to mean it’s just for families, it’s not. Great place for couples and everyone staying here was incredibly nice. International clientele families and couples.

A dream come true! My friends and I stayed at Suenos for 5 days and it was simply paradise on earth. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. Our room was clean, comfortable and cool (despite no air conditioning at night!). The complimentary breakfast is healthy and a delicious start to each day. The beach is clean, private, quiet and relaxing, and a short walk to the busier beach clubs. The ocean is simply divine and any seaweed is meticulously cleared by staff which is so appreciated! There are also gorgeous sunrises every morning to enjoy in the cabanas. The service was excellent - special shout out to Cecelio who made the tastiest drinks and remembered all of our preferences! We especially loved enjoying a drink by the fire. We are very thankful that Sebastian showed us a secret place to see the most breathtaking sunset. This is the perfect stay that feels relaxing, safe and accommodating, and of course the perfect place to play coconut fetch with Lobo (the resident dog).

Beautiful little hotel with: the best beach lounge furniture of anywhere in Tulum IMHO, great service, excellent yoga 3x/week in beautiful outdoorsy studio, lovely fire to sit around in the evening, delicious food at reasonable prices (and the included breakfast could keep me going all day). I don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else if I returned.

A wonderful stay at Suenos Tulum over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The entire staff was friendly and professional. The front desk helped with booking snorkeling/diving tours and shuttles to/from the Cancun airport. The restaurant staff was warm and attentive. The property has a private beach with chairs, beds and palapas for shade which made for a relaxing and tranquil experience - definitely a must in this busy beach town! The room was well equipped and clean. I highly recommend choosing Suenos Tulum for your stay and would definitely book again!

breakfast was absolutely phenomenal! still dreaming about it. the food in general was really really good, compared to the food we‘ve had the rest of the trip. rooms are super clean and the hotel is very well maintenanced. 10/10 stay

Beautiful, exclusive hotel on the beach of Tulum. We had amazing time here. It’s peaceful, staff super friendly, delicious and filling breakfast included. It’s close to all the Tulum action but also very quite. Yoga class at 9 am was great.

Sueños was by far the best choice for our stay in Tulum. The staff were accommodated and beyond friendly. They also have excellent food and the breakfast included with your stay is incredible. The hotel was full but the rooms are very private, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. They also work hard to ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, which contrasts from the hotels pumping electronic music further down the beach. We will definitely stay here again!
