We had no knowledge of the market. Our realtor, Teresa, was super helpful in navigating it and finding the right place. Always available and responsive. Most importantly, we have come to trust her completely to look out for our interests. I would highly recommend her real estate services. She has deep knowledge of the market.

Please avoid this brokerage if you do not want to lose your hard earned funds dealing with this company . We live in Canada and REMAX is always stands for high service in r/e transactions in Canada. This is not the case with Remax Caribbean Realty Puerto Aventuras. We did not know the market and call Teresa the broker regarding one of her listings on point2homes site : PH in Puerto Aventura, Grand Peninsula. Teresa did not answer our questions and instead decided to provide our name and contacts to Anna Umanska - one her sales person. We were told by Anna Umanska that it is the last unit left in this project and in order to book it we need to transfer 20,000 USD via bank transfer even at that time we did not have the room sizes and finishes . We did transfer 20,000 USD on MArch 11, 2022 . Anna Umanska told us that everything is in Spanish and it looks that builder's architect made mistake stating that windows are cheap aluminum style. So we were told that we need to wait 1 week till builder release list of finishes. Upon receiving list of low grade finishes and floor plan with small rooms we decided not to proceed. NOW WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR 20,000 USD funds ( to be used only for booking the unit we did not even see the finishes) are NOT REFUNDABLE. We are glad that we are not going to lose 599,000 USD ( full purchase price) plus another 50,00 USD for closing cost with this company

We were amazed!!! The pics did not do this justice. Wonderful views, spacious accommodations, updated decor and infrastructure, and plenty of cooking accessories. Bed was very comfortable. Would rent this again and again. Loved being on the harbor where the boats came in/out - some were a bit noisy, but the upper balcony view was well worth the trade off. Remax staff was great to work with. The facilities on the point was very relaxing and peaceful. Awesome experience. Loved the local dining and shopping experiences. Highly recommend. AWESOME!
