Excelente lugar para descansar es una casa hermosa con un enorme jardín y un pequeño muelle ideal para relajarse en compañía de familia o amigos.

Excelente experiencia, muy buena casa gran fondo a la laguna para hacer de todo tipo de actividades.... Pasamos muy bien super recomendable

Espero ya hayan arreglado los climas, debido a que la vez que la rentamos estaban en mal estado, carece de mantenimiento el lugar. Espero ya hayan solucionado esos problemas, para sus futuros huéspedes. Ya que no es barata la renta para los servicios que proporcionan.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar con familia y amigos, cerca de todo. Las casa super linda y con todas las comodidades. La vista a la laguna expectacular, kayaks disponibles , nos encanto, regresariamos seguro!

LUGAR MÁGICO! Ideal para disfrutar con la familia o en pareja, la casa muy cómoda y bien ambientada, el anfitrión muy atento y disponible para cualquier duda necesaria. Vista a la laguna INCREÍBLE, con todas las comodidades para tenér una estancia inolvidable, con disponibilidad de kayaks! Totalmente recomendable, volveremos seguro!

La laguna es simplemente espectacular, el muelle es un lugar muy hermoso para hacer fotos, nadar, se puede estar con niños. La casa es grande y equipada. En el muelle hay chalecos salvavidas y cayacs para divertirse un rato. El jardín es amplio. Un lugar muy recomendable para pasar un fin de semana maravilloso.

Was not what we were expecting... no conform to the pictures we received...

The place is not terrible, but it was not what we expected for what we paid (way more expensive than a lot of places on airbnb and other sites). First, be adviced that this place is not in Bacalar, but in a tiny town called Xul-Ha, 15 minutes away from Bacalar. You need a car and to get on the highway if you want to go to Bacalar, there’s no public transportation and you can’t walk there. So now our experience: We got there and no one was there, called the owner and said a guy should be there to open the gate for us. After 15 minutes, a guy finally showed up and let us in, helped us get settled and was there every day to clean and run errands (that was really nice). But once inside we realized several things. First, the posting said it had wi-fi, when we called the owner he said it was his sister’s wi-fi from next door and that the signal was great. We never got any wi-fi. Then the smell, the bathrooms STINK. There is something wrong with the drain and the smell is unbearable, we had to keep the doors shut and use a lot of air freshener. Also, the floors were covered with dead ants and what looked like ant spray. Then the furniture, we had a dining table and beds in the rooms, but that was pretty much it. There is no furniture in the living room where you can all sit down and be together. There is furniture in the patio so that was nice because we could eat and chill by the lagoon. Then there were little things, like the toilet upstairs didn’t have a seat (they replaced it the second day), there is no drinking water in the house and you need to buy water bottles. And finally, the neighbors. The neighbors to the left have three big dogs that won’t stop barking and will try to jump over the fence. If they see you in the lagoon they will lose their mind and bark at you like crazy. Then to the right there’s a house where they like to party with loud music all day and all night. So, what made our stay great was not the house, but the fact that the lagoon truly is amazing. We tried to stay away from the crazy barking dogs and did enjoy the water when the neighbors didn’t have their annoyingly loud music. We also had a car so we could drive to Bacalar and visit some restaurants, shops and even took a tour.
