★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this house. Safe/gated area. Very easy walk to beach - multiple chairs and umbrellas included ??????. Easy walk to town and grocery. Comfortable beds and LOTS of space. Kitchen had everything you need (and much more.) Large porches and amazing rooftop area - with mini fridge! Of note, there are many stairs - not a problem for us but something that needs to be considered. Easy water service (just leave empty one out with 30 pesos) and this was a huge service. Main issue - space for plenty of people but they are stingy about parking.
