La joven que limpia es un amor, nos ayudó mucho en lo necesitabamos. El joven que nos hizo el Check in es muy amable y también nos ayudó muchísimo en todo lo que necesitamos. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento. We had very good experience staying here. The house is very pretty. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare food. The young man is a clean love, helped us a lot in what we needed. The young man who checked us in is very friendly and us a lot in everything we need help. I recommend this property a lot.

X	Ximena Rangel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Nos presionaron para la llegada por qué la encargada tenía una cita y necesitaba dejar las llaves para poder irse. Él vaso del baño a un tenía residuos muy desagradables de que alguien lo uso para lavarse los dientes y por supuesto ni siquiera lo lavaron. Las puertas rechinan y todo de escucha de cada habitación. No hay agua caliente y comentaron otros huéspedes no tenían agua caliente desde antes. Llamamos para pedir información del agua caliente y su justificación fue decís que debía de tener agua caliente sin hacer una mínima ayuda. Por supuesto que no recomiendo este lugar. Ho y la cocina no cuenta con destapa corchos. Tampoco se molestaron por ir por la llave. Solo llamaron para saber a qué hora nos retiramos y que las dejemos en una mesa. Terrible service. We were pressured for arrival because the manager had an appointment and needed to leave the keys in order to leave. The toilet bowl had very nasty residue that someone used it to brush their teeth and of course they didn't even wash it. Doors squeak and listen to everything from every room. There is no hot water and other guests commented they did not have hot water from before. We called to ask for information about hot water and their justification was that you say that you must have hot water without doing a minimum help. Of course I do not recommend this place. Ho and the kitchen does not have cork openers. Nor did they bother to go for the key. They just called to find out what time we left and to leave them on a table.
