L	Lizbeth Oliveros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó el servicio, ni la calidad en la que se encontraba el lugar, le falta mantenimiento en la terraza, aparte de que como turista se tiene que llegar antes de las 11pm, si lo más bonito de Puebla es la noche, aparte de que su personal es muy grosero; no te dejan hacer ni un poco de ruido porque ya casi te quieren correr de la casa, también que si estás rentando la parte de arriba, entran en la madrugada a tu baño, a mi eso no me dijeron, ni privacidad se puede tener, aparte de que si vas a salir y te dieron las llaves de tu cuarto, y lo dejas cerrado por "seguridad", se enojan porque dejaste tu cuarto cerrado, osea se iban a meter a mi privacidad?, Me parece que es un pésimo servicio de casa, aparte de que nisiquiera te dicen buenos días y te hacen caras, luego tuvimos que pedir la extensión porque nos quitaron la luz de la terraza, solo tienen una extensión para todaaa la casa, y los precios suben por mas personas pero se supone que se paga por cada quien una habitación y tuvimos que compartir habitación, entonces yo creo que es un robo de dinero, aparte de su mal trato, nisiquiera se puede reír porque ya suben a decirte que te calles, jamás vuelvo a ir ahí.
