★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los autobuses llegan muy llenos, me tomo dejar 5 para poder tomarlo y hasta eso me fui apretada y en la puerta, cuando regresen los estudiantes esto va a ser un caos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen escaleras eléctricas pero no las usan todas, sirven las que suben del paradero hacia la calle y las que bajan de la calle hacia el paradero sólo sirven las del 1 nivel por qué el 2 nivel no funcionan y tienes que bajar las escaleras. Entonces para q las ponen si no las van a poner a trabajar se dificulta para la gente de la 3 edad.
They have escalators but they don't use them all, the ones that go up from the bus stop to the street serve and those that go down from the street to the bus stop only serve the 1st level because the 2nd level does not work and you have to go down the stairs. So why they put them if they are not going to put them to work is difficult for people of 3 age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues solo dos estrellas por la parada todo esta bien pero el servicio en particular de la línea 1 del metro bus pésima todas las unidades están muy reparadas y sobre todo lo peor es que tardan muchísimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Día con día el servicio está peor, hay choferes que no tienen idea de lo que es iniciar el avance con suavidad, igual en la frenada. Falta mantenimiento a los autobuses. Y de plano hay algunos que no están ni para los pueblos. Hay choferes que no para en las puertas de comunicacion del anden. Falta bastante supervisión. La mayoria de los vigilantes están en las redes en ves de vigilar. La proxima ves que me lo pregunten de nuevo tendré fotos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good transportation system but you can not use it if you don't have a special access card and also it doesn't accept .50 cent coins and the price is 7.50 pesos. Another issue is that the system tends to empty you r account. So I always just deposited 8 pesos before using it to not have issues.
