I love this area of Islas! Our stay was absolutely perfect. Everything was cozy, clean.. and the sunset from this location can’t be beat!

We stayed here for a month and it was great! First, Darin is an honorable guy. After many questions answered we booked with him on good faith with half down via PayPal. I wasn’t even nervous about doing it because of the vibe I got from Darin. We paid the remainder 10 days before arrival, also through PayPal. Our $500 deposit was refunded promptly. Booking directly through Darin saved us and him money. The accommodations are exactly as pictured. Comfortable king beds with great linens, hot showers with great water pressure, cold quick cooling air conditioners and speedy reliable WiFi. There were plenty of bath towels and 4 beach towels as well as 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 beach bags to take along to North beach. It’s on the quiet south side of the island, just across the street from The Joint?? and very close to Garrafon and Punta Sur. We loved our stay and have already booked for next year. Love Isla!❤️

Perfect for a getaway. Having traveled to Isla 3 times, this rental was the great for a smaller group (4 people). Darin is a fantastic host and has any accommodations you need and helpful tips. I cannot wait to go back! Pictures from the beautiful Isla Mujeres.

This rental is EXACTLY like its pictures. It’s on the quieter area of the island and is perfect for 2 couples or 4 singles. The island itself is gorgeous and safe for all. Darin is a great host and helped me through the rental process and his hospitality throughout our stay was impeccable- we cannot wait to return
