★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento que tiene dos tipos de viviendas, departamentos y pequeñas casas.
Me parece un lugar muy tranquilo pues las reglas de convivencia del lugar se respetan y hay vigilancia en la entrada las 24 hrs. Tienen dos albercas de buen tamaño y ahí mismo hay mesas y sillas. Si vas de vacaciones es casi obligatorio tener un vehículo pues se hacen 25 minutos en auto de ahí a la zona hotelera de Cancún, la ventaja es que cuenta con lugar de estacionamiento dentro del fraccionamiento.
 It is a subdivision that has two types of housing, apartments and small houses.
It seems to me a very quiet place because the rules of coexistence of the place are respected and there is surveillance at the entrance 24 hours a day. They have two good size pools and there are tables and chairs right there. If you go on vacation it is almost mandatory to have a vehicle because it takes 25 minutes by car from there to the Cancun hotel zone, the advantage is that it has a parking space within the subdivision.
