Casa Vizcarra - Puerto Vallarta

Nice little spot just 5 blocks from the beach. It is in a very local safe neighborhood. You can walk to almost everything from Casa Vizcarra.

We stayed at Casa Vizcarra due to it's great location by River Cuale in Zona Romantica. It is an easy walk to the Malecon and the tourist places on Basillo Badillo, in Zona Romantica, yet much quieter. Located in a traditional PV neighborhood, CV is 1 block from the bridge to the islands in the river with markets, bars and restaurants. This provides an excellent way to walk down to the Malecon in about 7 minutes. There are many traditional eateries in the surrounding few blocks and the luxury 5 Star Tintoque restaurant is just half a block down the street. When we were on the rooftop deck, we noticed an elaborate hotel / b&b directly across the street which charges hundreds per night for the same location. That said, CV is a budget option. Our studio suite was clean, quiet and quite spacious at 300 sq. ft. There is a coffee maker, stove, microwave, large fridge and water dispenser. Everything is newer and working well. Like many Mexican establishments, the exterior is quite unassuming from the exterior. Adrianna and her partner PV Kid, were super accommodating to us and responsive. . If you're on a budget or desire this great location, we'd highly recommend Casa Vizcarra.
