★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melanie is an amazing pilates instructor! She is super knowledgeable and very focused on clients having the best workout for your own body. Her attention to alignment and body posture makes you isolate specific muscles ensuring no injury and makes for a great workout. Her classes are for the young and not so young. My daughter and I attended classes together and both of us loved it and felt energized and taller at the end. Thank you Melanie for a wonderful week! We will be back!
