Love Casa Xixim. Wonderful food made by the chiefs. Nice weather and very relaxing .

Amazing beach front house. Stayed with friends, snorkeling, MTN bike tour, cenote Caracol very close to the house was great, chefs and house staff were super friendly and helpful, they accommodated my many food allergies. I highly recommend to try to book it for any meteor showers. We saw 110 shooting stars and 3 of them were amazing. Lastly, during our stay they had a super model photo shoot at the house! Added additional beauty to an allready beautiful place. I will be returning!

I couldn’t speak higher of Casa Xixim. From the pre-vacation coordination with Marion, to the relaxing days there. It was by far more than we had imagined. Thank you Casa Xixim for being a luxury trip we were able to experience and enjoy. As a vegetarian, it was extra special, but I have to say all my non vegetarian friends were more than full the whole time. We cannot wait to come back, enjoy the beautifully design house, wondering private beach/pool, and one of a kind meals. Not to mention, I went with all architects and designers, and every one was beyond thrilled with the house. Thank you Casa Xixim!

This is the best place I have ever been. I went there 2 years in a row. I had so much fun with my best friend and her family! And my family too. We went to 2 cenotes. And we swam in the pool and beach everyday!! It was amazing! The chefs were the nicest! Everyone who worked there was so sweet. That was the most fun I ever had in my life!! Thanks so much for everything!! ❤️❤️?? I am only 11, almost 12, and this was amazing!! Thanks again Maggie

Stayed there in March 2022 (for the second time) and unfortunately it is not anymore the magic place that it was. After the loss of their old (great management) the owner Jenny (rude and fully overwelmed) is now running it with a new team of on-site managers who will try to scam you as much as they can. Every trip or activity that we booked trough them was at least 40% more expensive than normally. The property itself is also getting tired. The pool and aircondition did not work. Also pest control needs to improve since in the past we never had large spiders and cockroaches in the room. The negative highlight was on the leaving day where we staid 1.5 hours longer than planned in the property (we left the room and no new clients where arriving that day) and got charged another 1000 USD for that. Be also aware that if you have guests and if they smoke at the beach (not in the house) you will be fined with a 1000 USD penalty which in my view was only used as an excuse to ripp us off. Just to be clear my family and I are all non smokers but we had one day guest visiting us and smoking at the beach and garden with significant distance to the house.... I am sad to say that this magical place is not what it is anymore and we decided not to come back.
