I	Itzel an on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy bonito, pero el desayuno buffet es muy poco variado ya que la mayoría de los guisos contienen papas con algo más y quesadillas. Los platillos son insípidos y sin sazón. La salsa roja de los chilaquiles estaba cruda parecía que sólo habían licuado el Jitomate con agua sin nada de sal. Se le comento al chef encargado sobre esto y su justificación fue que el no era de México y que así se comían aquí. Por último, se me hizo de pésimo gusto que el mesero al llevar la cuenta me hizo bastante hincapié en que el total con todo y propina ya estaba anotado ahí, y este se había puesto una propina del 15%. Por obvias razones se le dejó menos de esta cantidad 10% y al recoger la cuenta la revisó varias veces como ofendido por que no se le había dejado lo que el pedía. Very nice place, but the buffet breakfast is very varied since most of the stews contain potatoes with something else and quesadillas. The dishes are tasteless and without seasoning. The red sauce of the chilaquiles was raw it seemed that they had only blended the Tomato with water without any salt. The chef in charge was told about this and his justification was that he was not from Mexico and that they ate like that here. Finally, it made me very bad that the waiter when I took the account made me very stressed that the total with everything and tip was already recorded there, and he had put a tip of 15%. For obvious reasons he was left less than this amount 10% and when collecting the account he reviewed it several times as offended because he had not been left what he requested.

Hablamos con el capitán y todo el tiempo con pretextos. Hablamos con otra persona de la entrada y todo el tiempo si, si. Los comentarios que vi no son buenos. Ojalá mejoren el servicio. We attended the Ricardo Caballero show. We were not served until much later. The other waiters could have taken care of us and they didn't care. We talk to the captain and all the time with pretexts. We talk to someone else at the entrance and all the time yes, yes. The comments I saw are not good. Hopefully improve the service.
O	Oscar Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR, asistí al evento de fin de año, con un lugar bien pero hasta ahí, la organización del evento fue pésima, mala actitud de meseros pero a la hora de cobrar quieren una super propina, fila interminable para el bufet, lugar sobrevendido, gente inconforme y cuando le hago saber todo esto en facebook al lugar mediante una publicación borran los comentarios, solo con eso me doy cuenta que no es un lugar serio y mucho menos un lugar para pasar un rato agradable. Pésima la nueva administración NOT RECOMMENDING THE PLACE, I attended the end of the year event, with a good place but until then, the organization of the event was bad, bad attitude of waiters but at the time of charging they want a super tip, endless row for the buffet, place oversold, dissatisfied people and when I let you know all this on facebook to the place through a post delete the comments, only with that I realize that it is not a serious place and much less a place to have a pleasant time. Pero al llegar no nos dejaban estacionar, que era obligatorio el valet parking por cuestiones de logística porque era un día muy concurrido, pero éramos los únicos en el lugar. La comida estuvo rica. Al pagar la cuenta nos cobraron de más un buffet y una coca, al darnos cuenta solicitamos el reembolso y nos dijeron que la próxima vez que regresáramos nos lo devolvían en consumo. Les dijimos que no, que por favor nos regresaran en ese momento el dinero y tardaron 20 minutos en regresarlo, los meseros realmente mostraron una pésima actitud. Nos dejó un muy mal sabor de boca y más porque íbamos a celebrar. We went to celebrate the anniversary of my parents, the manager behaved very well when making the reservation. But when they arrived they wouldn't let us park, that valet parking was mandatory for logistics reasons because it was a busy day, but we were the only ones in the place. The food was delicious. When paying the bill they charged us a buffet and a coke, when we realized we requested a refund and they told us that the next time we returned they would return it to us in consumption. Muy mala organizado el buffet, con platos debajo de árboles y que se llenan de basura y mal ubicado. Los alimentos no tienen ningun letrero. Creo que esta ocacion sera mi ultima vez. También el servicio deja mucho que desear. Too bad this beautiful place, but the change of owners did not like anything. Pity quality and seasoning of food. Very poorly organized buffet, with dishes under trees and that are filled with garbage and poorly located. The food has no sign. I think this occasion will be my last time. The service also leaves much to be desired.

Los gerentes solo me dieron vueltas y me mandaron con el del valet, finalmente nadie se hizo responsable. Pésimo cambio de nombre y de administración. Lastima, porque acostumbrada a ir cuando era el Rincón del Fraile. No volveré. Terrible attitude of Managers and security people. They handed us the beaten car and they threw "the ball" at each other. The managers just turned me around and sent me with the one from the valet, finally nobody took responsibility. Bad name and administration change. Too bad, because I used to go when it was the Rincon del Fraile. I will not come back.

Ahorra tu dinero y ve a otro lado Nefarious, the waiters have a lot of bearing and presence, but terrible in attention, they are not doing a favor, they are not giving it to me.
