★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pase a rentar el 24 mesa,sillas y utensilios para una cena el 31, ese día ya iban a cerrar por lo que no me dieron ni cotización, mucho menos pude dejar un apartado. El fin de semana me pongo en contacto con una de las encargadas que desde día 1 tenía una pesíma actitud y nunca obtuve respuesta, me tuve que comunicar con una segunda persona la cual me dijo que ya estaba cerrado (4 horas después de que me puse en contacto con la primera persona), quien me CONFIRMO que el día Lunes podía pasar a pagar y AUN tendría el mobiliario cotizado el día de hoy, un día antes de mi evento me dicen que ya no tienen el mobiliario, y que ya estaba pagado por otra persona.
Lousy service, I went to rent the 24 table, chairs and utensils for a dinner on 31, that day they were going to close for what they did not give me or quote, much less I could leave a section. The weekend I contacted one of the managers who had a pessimistic attitude since day 1 and never got an answer, I had to communicate with a second person who told me that it was already closed (4 hours after I got in contact with the first person), who CONFIRM that Monday I could pay and AUN would have the furniture quoted today, one day before my event they tell me that they no longer have the furniture, and that I was already paid by other person.
