Me vendieron un inmueble con un vicio oculto que generó 18,000 de adeudo en la CFE, de lo que por supuesto no se hicieron responsables. Mi error porque yo firmé, y despues de la firma solo me dieron largas para no pagar y me viera forzada a pagar para que no cortaran el servicio. La vendedora se excusó con que pensó que de la luz seria un adeudo de maximo 500 pesos, el vendedor por supuesto que ya no quiso pagar, meter una demanda es demasiado desgastante en este país, por lo que solo me queda comentarlo para que otros tengan cuidado. Debo reconocer que si arreglaron el problema en la electricidad, pero no del adeudo generado.
They have good care, however if they expect responsibility they are not the option. They sold me a property with a hidden defect that generated 18,000 debts in the CFE, for which of course they were not responsible. My mistake because I signed, and after signing they only gave me long to not pay and I was forced to pay so they wouldn't cut off the service. The seller excused herself with the fact that she thought that the electricity would be a maximum debt of 500 pesos, the seller of course did not want to pay anymore, filing a lawsuit is too exhausting in this country, so I can only comment so that others have careful. I must admit that they did fix the electricity problem, but not the debt generated.
