Pésima atención al cliente.
I bought a gift for my girlfriend and when she wanted to change it (15 minutes after I bought it) they didn't change it, a man answered me in a very bad way telling me that it was my fault.
Bad customer service.

The service leaves much to be desired, in a bad way they serve you and they are not even aware of the customers or who is serving them. I was on the verge of not buying the tennis I wanted because of the attitude of the staff. I will never return. Much better care and service in Dportenis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si bueno no encontré lo que buscaba pero fueron muy atentos, este local se ubica dentro de una plaza pasando la zona de comida, poquito elevados los precios de los tenis y ropa deportiva pues entiendo al ser distribuidores de diferentes marcas, en general Vallarta es más caro en tenis que Cancún

Aggressive deranged manager. Arrived at store 1 hour before close to exchange shorts(size/colour)- last day to exchange. Doors were locked with manager and employees inside. Manager reluctantly spoke to me….He would make an exemption for the following day to exchange item. Went to store following day. Manager almost found pleasure in lying/manipulating me. No exchange occurred- I felt very uncomfortable when he started ranting on that this isn’t the US. I’m not from the US….Worst store ever
