★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 7 días lleve mi vehículo a garantía por un amortiguador y me comentan que no tienen la pieza en almacén o en otra sucursal cuando se supone que es una de las piezas que más se desgastan por las calles de esta ciudad. Tengo una semana esperando una pieza que puedo conseguir en cualquier refaccionaria en el momento. Pero cuál es la idea de adquirir un vehículo nuevo si pierdes más esperando que llegue una pieza que comprandolas por tu cuenta?. Y Ahora resulta que tengo que esperar una semana más porque la pieza no ha llegado.
 7 days ago I took my vehicle for warranty for a shock absorber and they tell me that they do not have the part in warehouse or in another branch when it is supposed to be one of the parts that wear the most on the streets of this city. I have a week waiting for a piece that I can get at any spare parts store at the moment. But what is the idea of acquiring a new vehicle if you lose more waiting for a part to arrive than buying them on your own? And Now it turns out that I have to wait one more week because the piece has not arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron cita en servicio para para sábado abril 24 cuando llegue me dijeron q estaban muy ocupados que lo reagendara para el lunes creo q falta comunicacion uno deja de hacer varias cosas pero bueno como se trata de solo una campaña y son gratis no son servicios de gran prioridad algo asi como en el seguro social
They gave me an appointment in service for Saturday April 24 when I arrived they told me that they were very busy that I would reschedule it for Monday I think that communication is lacking, one stops doing several things but hey as it is only a campaign and they are free they are not services of high priority something like social security

Fui a que me ayudaran personalmente con un tema de la financiera (GM) la chica que recibe nunca me pasó con la encargada de la financiera todo era x medio de teléfono entre la recepcionista y la chica de la financiera, jamás pude expresar mi problematica, cuando me preguntan si compre mi coche ahí y les comento que lo compre en GDL se niegan a atenderme diciéndome que no salía en su sistema y que me apoyara donde compre el auto. Pero que tal para agendar servicios ahí si tienen una base de datos y si aparece mi información (que ironia) sin importar donde compraste tu vehículo... Pésimo pésimo!!!
Terrible service ..... I went to get help personally with an issue from the financier (GM) the girl who receives never happened to me with the person in charge of the financier everything was by means of telephone between the receptionist and the girl from the financier , I could never express my problem, when they ask me if I buy my car there and I tell them that I buy it in GDL they refuse to attend me, telling me that it did not appear in their system and that they would support me wherever I bought the car. But how about scheduling services there if they have a database and if my information appears (how ironic) no matter where you bought your vehicle ... Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y servicio de parte del personal. Siempre al pendiente y en comunicación desde que pedí información sobre vehículos, durante el trámite para adquirir el mismo y después de tenerlo para hacer los servicios en tiempo.
Excellent attention and service from the staff. Always on the lookout and in communication since I asked for information about vehicles, during the process to acquire it and after having it to do the services on time.

They took a long time to deliver the car and they did not have a part that I need, it would be nice if they had a better inventory of parts for the vehicles
