Llego a la tienda 20 minutos minutos antes de cerrar, tube Que tocar el timbre 3 veces por que nadie me abría y sale un tipo muy prepotente de nombre Manuel y no me deja entrar, me dice que ya está cerrado y que no me va a dejar entrar por que no quiere, he tratado de comunicarme con el gerente pero no le importa el mal trabajo que hacen sus empleados. Solo iba a recoger un housing que ya estaba apartado. No regresaré ni recomendaré a nadie esta tienda chafa.
Very bad service! I arrive at the store 20 minutes before closing, I had to ring the bell 3 times because no one would open me and a very arrogant guy named Manuel comes out and won't let me in, he tells me that it is already closed and that he is not going to let in because he does not want to, I have tried to communicate with the manager but he does not care about the bad work that his employees do. I was only going to pick up a housing that was already set aside. I will not return or recommend this crappy shop to anyone.

The place is well located, easy to access coming from cancun and tulum.
It is located over the main road that cross all the peninsula.
The service is ok, bilingual, fast and servicial.
The store is poor, not much to see. Most of the accessories of dive gear is shipped.
Prices a bit high but most of the dive shop in playa del carmen are expensive so do not get surprise.
