★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, totalmente recomendado, el area de la alberca está rodeado de naturaleza única que te lleva a otro nivel de conexión. Puedo sugerir que el recibimiento y la despedida por parte del personal del lugar fuera más acogedora.
 Excellent place, totally recommended, the pool area is surrounded by unique nature that takes you to another level of connection. I can suggest that the reception and farewell by the staff of the place was more welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito sólo deben hacerle mantenimiento a sus bicicletas estan muy oxidadas, queda retirado del centro y es necesario para transportarse las bicis, lo otro tener arreglada la habitación a la hora del chek in no estaba lista cuando llegamos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casita Maya is great, enjoyed my time here. Its 25 minute walk to central area Tulum where all the shops are so grab a bike and ride around town. The service is good , room was cozy with good AC unit. The shower in the unit actually has Hot water! Like really hot not like other places in Mexico I've been. The hot tub outside was a bit disappointing because the water in it was not even Luke warm.
Overall I'm happy with my stay here, Roberto looked after all the questions I had and was a welcoming host.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Absolutely loved it! It's alittle more in the sticks than we realized but once we found the flash taxi through the what's app it was never a problem again right near all the hustle and bussel of Tulum but far enough away to have a relaxed vibe to it would deff go again!
