★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Palenque in low season and stayed here 2 nights. It's not a great place but the the owner is lovely. No breakfast, no parking and in need of renovation. Its not actually any cheaper than much better hotels, when you factor in the extra costs of parking, breakfast etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money. Small quiet hotel well located in the city center. Since its located in the 'business office district', the area is super quiet during the nights. The city center is only four icks away. The hotel is ran by a super friendly family that developed their property throughout the last eight years. Every year they invest in their dream making the spot each time more beautiful. The owners keep great pride in their hospitality. Beds are super comfortable. Airco is present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good hostel. They are growing up and the service is improving step by step so take it easy if some inconvenience appear. The internet service must improve but is comprehensive because Palenque is a small town. The price is very good. The attention by the staff is cool and warm. The staff are really helpful when you need to resolve questions about Palenque and things to do.

Good basic hotel. Huge bed. Very clean. Pretty courtyard but so many mosquitoes not great to spend time there. Room was effectively windowless as all rooms face the courtyard so you need to keep your curtains closed. I'm sure upper rooms are nicer. Excellent location.
