El servicio en la venta de boletos es muy bueno. Las instalaciones de la sala de espera son algo pequeñas pero cumplen con su propósito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet gratis, cargadores de celular gratis, autobuses desde económico a clase de lujo con wifi gratis, es muy amplia y muchos locales de comida al rededor desde café, pizza, hamburguesas hasta comida corridas, distintos cajeros el cual es fácil retirar dinero, en pocas palabras bien. Postdata: los taxistas del sitio del ado son unos ojetes es mejor tomar los que vienen a dejar alas personas bajando de la terminal ya que se mandan en tarifas sus “líderes son prepotentes” y dan un pésimo servicio no se me hacen nada “seguros”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caxa es una de las terminales de autobuses más tranquilas que he visitado, al llegar se siente de inmediato el clima típico de la ciudad, lo único malo es la sala de espera tan incomoda, no hay rampas y para todo hay que subir escaleras.
Caxa is one of the quietest bus terminals I have visited, when you arrive you immediately feel the typical climate of the city, the only bad thing is the uncomfortable waiting room, there are no ramps and for everything you have to climb stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La terminal está tomada por taxis pirata y personas con uniforme que engañan a los turistas diciendo que son taxis seguros u oficiales cuando son estafadores. Ya se apropiaron de un carril de la zona de acceso vehícular,, todo con la complicidad de la gerente de la Terminal, de ADO y de las autoridades locales. Tengan cuidado, no se dejen engañar.
The terminal is taken over by pirate taxis and people in uniform who deceive tourists by saying they are safe or official taxis when they are scammers. They have already appropriated a lane in the vehicular access area, all with the complicity of the Terminal manager, ADO and the local authorities. Be careful, don't be fooled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo lugar donde primero están los taxistas de sitio caxa. Con esta mentalidad tenga en cuenta que si necesita un servicio de parte de ellos su interés no es importante. Tenga cuidado si llega con niños pequeños porque al bajar del automóvil lo dejan en segunda fila con peligro de un accidente. Si tiene horario de salida considere salir con 1hora de anticipación porque tienen restricción de entrada ocasionando un cuello de botella ya que impiden el libre tránsito tanto para cargar o descargar pasajeros.
It is a lousy place where taxi drivers are first in Caxa. With this mentality, keep in mind that if you need a service from them, your interest is not important. Be careful if you arrive with small children because when you get out of the car they leave you in the second row with danger of an accident. If you have a departure time, consider leaving 1 hour in advance because they have an entry restriction causing a bottleneck since they prevent free transit both to load or unload passengers.
