Tienen equipo adecuado (bancos de enderezado, cabinas de pintura, etc.) que la mayoría de los talleres no tienen, y personal capacitado según lo muestran los reconocimientos que tienen en recepción. Cumplen en tiempos y calidad, mejor que una agencia (yo prefiero este taller aún y cuando puedo enviar mi carro a la agencia a través de la aseguradora) Very good workshop, highly recommended. They have adequate equipment (straightening benches, paint booths, etc.) that most workshops do not have, and trained personnel as shown by the acknowledgments they have at reception. They comply in time and quality, better than an agency (I prefer this workshop even though I can send my car to the agency through the insurance company)

Un trabajo muy profesional, me trataron Al 100%. Convirtieron la mala experiencia de un choque a una buena experiencia de haber tratado con un grupo de profesionales realmente preocupados por resolusionar el problema. I was visiting Monterrey and had an accident. Cegonza repaired the damage in a very limited time and delivered my vehicle in time to return home. A very professional job, they treated me 100%. Dejé algunas cosas e mi carro y ahí estaban cua do lo recogí, lo que habla de honestidad. Se tardaron menos de una semana en arreglar mi carro, pero tampoco era mucho. Me dijeron que tenían laboratorio, por eso el color quedó idéntico al original. Excelente servicio. I left my car there for a repair of the door as they see in the photos. They treated me very well and very fast. I left some things and my car and there were enough I picked it up, which talks about honesty.
