★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I especially like that they serve chicken posole. A small and another dish is plenty unless you want to take something home. They open at 7pm. A perfect night would be to stop in at The Black Cat across the street for a shot of tequila (35 pesos). Very friendly place. Then have some Cena at Elba's. Afterward, walk through the plaza to the churro man. (He's on the main drag in a little storefront next to the Paris Cafe.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a clear sign that says you must wear a mask. Someone came in and sat at our table without asking if they could join us and she wasn’t wearing a mask. When I told the manager she said she has a mask around her neck. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good! Ordered a steak medium rare came very well. They took back brought me another one very well done. Wanted potato with the steak told I can't. I said okay you have fries with the burgers just let me buy a side they said no. Place does have a great view. But lousy service and food. I'm giving it a 1 star because it won't let me go less.
