★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful place! Very busy! Don't lose your ticket, and the water is not warm, as you would think. There are restrooms, lockers, and a "shower" located by the cenote to rinse off before and after. There are little fish swimming in the cenote which I thought was cool. Looking up from inside the cenote is a very necessary experience. There is a liquor gift shop with really good tequilas on the way out as well as snack bars. Definitely stop in and look around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun times swimming in the ancient cenote. If you're going to Cancun, you have to enjoy a Cenote swim at least once. Natural water, fun cliff diving, and a great time. Make sure to learn a little Spanish to have an amazing time with the locals as you yell something cool jumping off the cliffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and clean cenote. Water is cool, but it is expected. There is fish swimming there There is a cliff to jump off. If you come early, before large tours are done with nearby Chichen Itza and dumb busses of visitors, the place is very nice. Otherwise it becomes very crowded. The on-site food is bland. It is much better to eat somewhere else.
You should expect to spend approximately 1 hour hour here, including time the change into swimming gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staggering cenote! Very crowded with tourists and not for the individual traveller, anyway it is very impressive. The hole is big and deep, plenty of spots to look inside from up. There are changing rooms, showers etc, anything you would expect from a public swimming pool. There's fish in the water and you can jump. Very popular with tourists so it might be crowded in the water and around the stairs.
Enough parking spaces available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natural sinkhole or Cenote. I came on a tour and had a fun time. There are mandatory life vests provided, lockers, bathrooms/toilets/changing areas. You have to walk down several flights of wets steps so be careful. It's not recommended to bring belongings with you like bags or phones as they can sink into 100+ feet deep water. If you want to be adventurous theres an area where you can jump/dive from the top of steps - staffed by employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spot to stop and experience. Best to go early as it is a very popular spot for tourists and gets busy fast!
Suggest reading up on the history as it is very interesting!
Life jackets must be worn in the cenote. Also drones are no longer allowed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water is definitely not warm as you would hope but the place is amazing and beautiful. With fishes swimming alongside you and the ability to jump off a cliff. The buffet was good, not the best but ok while they do say it's all you can eat drinks are definitely not part of that deal. You get one drink and after that are charged for the rest, which is fine. If you enjoy beers I highly recommend trying their local amber, it's AMAZING.
