I have found a place of rest, excellent treatment and even more the environment that is lived within its facilities. I recommend it without a doubt. I'll go whenever I can.

The cenote Spa is beautiful, the service is excellent, however, something is missing ... Very expensive for something so simple, I think that's it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a spa day here and it was absolutely worth it. This is probably one of the best spas (if not the best) that I have ever been to. The cenote pool is the keystone of the spa and it was extremely relaxing, unique, and beautiful. However, we also spent a good amount of time in the lap pool and in the hot tub/cold plunge. The service was impeccable throughout. We got a 50 minute massage and it was the perfect pressure and style. I would highly recommend this spa and will come back any time I'm in Playacar!
