Sealife Marina - 77500 Cancún

The female employee at the desk was friendly, courteous and explained everything in detail. Our guide Je’sus was awesome, very friendly informative and he explained everything about the boat and the dive. He made me feel very much at ease. My first time diving was very enjoyable and I’m sure I will do it again . Only thing is the boat needs some type of ladder whether it’s a rope ladder or some other type to make it easier for the people to get out of the water. Hi I would like to say we had booked with a provider who was at the TUI Caribre. They had charge us for the boat and snorkelling when we got ther thay charged us $30 for tax ? And we was told they wouldn’t be doing snorkelling so we carried on to go on the boat. So then when we come from the trip around on the boat they had taken pictures for us to purchase which were €50 they had given us 1 pictures in a frame and said they would email the rest over which they never did. So just be aware that they don’t give what they say in the package. This was on 19/03/22 I would recommend you book with your provider like TUI etc. wee have tryed to recover our pictures but was ignored as they must just think they won’t see us again

Roger was an amazing tour guide. Safety was primary. Piloting good solid boats. The snorkeling experience was beautiful!

Sealife Marina was very fun. First, we got our snorkeling gear. I saw an alligator ?. I knew it was a gator because they have U shaped snouts while crocs have a V shaped snout. We were so close to the gator when we got on our speedboat ?. It could have easily jumped and ate us. Luckily, it didn’t. The speedboat ? was super fast ?. Once we got to the snorkeling area, we saw tons of fish ?. I saw white fish, blue fish, and red striped fish. Once I got back on the speedboat, I got hurt because of the rough front. So be careful. I would’ve gave this a 4 star but since everybody was nice, this place is a 10/10.

We were weary of reserving an excursion through a beach vendor, but we are so glad we did! This experience was unforgettable. Our guide was Enrique and we feel like he gave us our money’s worth and more! We opted out of snorkeling, and instead simply drove the speedboat for a couple of hours. Enrique knows how to make this experience amazing by showing you all of these neat mangroves, animals, and all that Cancun has to offer from the water-side. If we head back to Cancun, we will surely call up Sealife Marina and ask for Enrique to guide us again. It was THAT fun and he’s THAT good!!

Sea Life Marina is a wonderful place for excursions in Cancun. The staff is very friendly. We had an authentic experience. We were able to drive a speed boat to our snorkeling site with their guidance, ride ATVs and horses in the jungle, and experience zip lining through the trees. The only negative was that the equipment is in need of a updating. Otherwise, a terrific vacation experience!

Absolutely horrible experience. We showed up early with a reservation booked well in advance. When we went into the office we were told our reservation did not exist, and that we must be in the wrong place. We then confirmed all of the details with our travel rep, and after about fifteen minutes the person in the office told us we were in fact where we were meant to be. As I said we showed up early. Over an hour in advance. They had a small pool, and a bar to indulge in. People began to arrive. After enough people showed up, we realized that the ten person maximum group size that was advertised was in fact not true. As more people showed up, we saw that they had not given us the same snorkels or information as the others. We had to ask for all of it. We were then walked to an area where flippers and life jackets were sitting. After a woman handed those out, we went down to the safety demonstration where they had asked how many boats we had reserved. Because we had larger men in our party, we had booked 3 boats for 4 people. This blew their minds as they had oversold the tour, and did not have enough boats for our reservation. After they had told me I didn’t reserve that many boats, I had to prove to them that I did. When I showed them my confirmation and they had verified, they knew they made a mistake. Instead of acknowledging their mistake they stood outside and argued with each other. Meanwhile they had also sent out the entire tour group without us. After about 20 minutes of arguing amongst themselves they handed me my dock fees back and said to take up the refund with my agent. Beware of bad business.

Awesome activity! Roger was a great guide. We did an activity each day for the entire week and this was by far the best one of them all and even better it had the best price! Snorkeling was beautiful and the ride itself was a blast. Ty so much for a wonderful experience ? ?
