★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bus terminal in Mexico by far, it's almost an airport in terms of organization, travel options and safety. I am greatly impressed by how clean and neat it looks. One more pro, the light train will leave you right in front of the Omnibus buses which is awesome, just take it into account if you travel by other busline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as always, a good experience at the bus station. clean, and well spaced out. only disappointment is that now they charge to use the bathrooms, and the bathrooms were less clean than they were when they were free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge bus station, clean and organized. More like a airport than a typical bus station. It cost 250 pesos to get a taxi to take us to our hotel in Centro. Also took us 30 minutes. We arrived on a Friday night and traffic was dense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place could do better. Our local bus dropped us off a few blocks away so we walked in. This is a sprawling complex without any clear signage. As far as we can tell it’s 2 really large buildings separated by a huge parking lot and vacant building. Each bus company has its own routes & times and sometimes it’s clearly posted and other times not. It would be tremendously helpful if there was an information person or signage explaining which bus company destinations & when they departed. We waited in multiple lines to speak with bus line staff who eventually got us pointed towards the other building on the far side of that enormous empty lot (10 min walk with bags). Plus side is both buildings are clean & well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to grab a bus to anywhere in Mexico. A standard, clean bus station that is a bit more modern than others. A few restaurants and places to buy stuff....its ok....
