★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llamar te atienden de mala gana, solo te dan el número de otra sucursal para tomas a domicilio y se molestan en la otra sucursal de igual manera!
When you call, they reluctantly attend you, they only give you the number of another branch for home delivery and they bother at the other branch in the same way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes cita a las 12 y te atienden 1 hora despues. No muy recomendable. Las recepcionistas te tratan como si estuvieras en el IMSS o peor, (hablo de las recepcionistas de la parte de arriba).
You have an appointment at 12 and they attend you 1 hour later. Not highly recommended. The receptionists treat you as if you were in the IMSS or worse, (I am talking about the receptionists at the top).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención del personal, te hacen esperar mucho tiempo, las instalaciones están sucias y sólo tienen un baño para todo el edificio, no tienen papel, ni jabón dentro del baño.
Lousy service and staff attention, they make you wait a long time, the facilities are dirty and they only have one bathroom for the entire building, they don't have paper or soap inside the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones muy maltratadas, la recepcionista super amable y atenta, pero para una placa simple me hicieron esperar casi una hora cuando sólo estaba yo formada para ese estudio. El técnico muy hosco en su atención, uno no espera que lo reciban con flores pero tampoco que te atiendan como en el IMSS siendo un laboratorio particular
Very battered facilities, super friendly and attentive receptionist, but for a simple plaque they made me wait almost an hour when I was the only one lined up for that study. The technician very sullen in his attention, one does not expect to be received with flowers but neither to be attended as in the IMSS being a private laboratory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la señorita del turno de la mañana, sus instalaciones están deplorables, techos descarapelandose, entras a hacerte una placa y los focos de iluminación fallando, parpadeando en dos de los cubículos, es incómodo hasta para el técnico. Entregaron dos placas sin interpretación y al reclamar comentan que solo el doctor radiólogo está por la mañana, que regrese al siguiente día, pero eso sí, te cobran sin comentarte nada.
No acudan a éste lugar!!
Terrible attention from the lady on the morning shift, her facilities are deplorable, peeling ceilings, you go in to make a plate and the lighting bulbs fail, blinking in two of the cubicles, it is uncomfortable even for the technician. They delivered two plaques without interpretation and when complaining they comment that only the radiologist doctor is there in the morning, that he return the next day, but yes, they charge you without commenting on anything.
Don't go to this place!!
