★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pequeña isla comercial ubicada entre el fraccionamiento las alteñas y la Av. López Mateos.
No cuenta con estacionamiento para autos, así que te recomiendo estacionarte sobre la avenida, casi por lo general esta vacío.
Los comercios que predominan en el son escuelas en el interior y parte superior del mini centro comercial,un Oxxo que llegó muy pero muy tarde, talleres mecánicos, Salones de Belleza y un Veterinario quién es buenísimo (No es abusivo ni se manda con los precios).

It is a small commercial island located between the Las Alteñas subdivision and López Mateos Avenue.
It does not have parking for cars, so I recommend you park on the avenue, it is almost empty.
The shops that predominate in it are schools in the interior and upper part of the mini shopping center, an Oxxo that arrived very, very late, mechanical workshops, Beauty Salons and a Veterinarian who is great (It is not abusive nor is it sent with prices ).
