★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cambiar mi línea a prepago, me dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque mi línea siempre fue de renta, fui a Telcel de Perisur y sin problemas hicieron mi cambio.
 I went to change my line to prepaid, they told me that they couldn't do anything because my line was always for rent, I went to Telcel de Perisur and without problems they made my change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es bastante decente, gracias al sistema de turnos, relativamente en 20 minutos deberías estár afuera dependiendo de tu trámite, fuera de ello es igual a cualquier otro cat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se que problema tuvo este centro de atención, para abandonar su antigua ubicación en plaza la estación para mudarse a plaza oasis, pero fue para mal, el local resultó muy pequeño tanto para el personal como para las personas que acudimos a el, estar allí cuando está lleno, es digna de la inquisición, espero que Telcel reflexione y rente algún otro local más grande en la misma plaza, para bien, tanto de su personal como de sus clientes.
I do not know what problem this care center had, to leave its old location in the station square to move to the oasis square, but it was for the worse, the place was very small for both the staff and the people who went to it, to be there when it is full, it is worthy of the inquisition, I hope that Telcel will reflect and rent some other larger premises in the same square, for the good of both its staff and its customers.

Cuando esta lleno si esta difícil de caminar decido a las instalaciones que esta muy pequeña. De ahí en fuera excelente lugar y buen servicio ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunamente fui victima de la delincuencia de la Cdmx y quiero reponer mi chip y resulta que está cerrado el centro de atención a clientes de oasis marqué a Telcel se suponía que todos los centros deberían de estar abiertos !!! Qué onda lo hacen a uno andar dando de vueltas !!!!
Unfortunately I was a victim of Cdmx crime and I want to replace my chip and it turns out that the oasis customer service center is closed I dialed Telcel all centers were supposed to be open!!! What's up they make one go around !!!!
