★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trámite tarda aproximadamente 2 horas, hay que poner mucha atención desde el momento en que se llenan los datos para realizar la cita, sobre todo adultos mayores, hay que tener mucho cuidado con el tema de la CURP y actas de nacimiento, que coincidan los datos en todos los documentos porque si no tienen la precaución, van a dar muchísimas vueltas y van a perder muchísimo tiempo.
El personal es amable y el lugar es amplio, todas las ventanillas funcionan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentro de lo bueno, tiene un modular de juegos para niños que los mantiene bastante entretenidos. Lo malo, NOS TARDARON 4 HORAS Y MEDIA en generar el pasaporte y de repente nos dejaron sin atender por más de 30 minutos, la señorita de ventanilla simplemente se fué ?. Para alguien que lleva bebé es demasiado tiempo, así que vete preparando con snaks, agua, etc.
IMPORTANTE: bebés de hasta 3 años solamente pueden tramitar pasaporte por 1 y 3 años de vigencia. No se permiten adornos y flecos en cabeza. No tienen preferencia en atención para bebés, adultos mayores o personas con discapacidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En estás oficinas se preocupan por mantener una distancia segura, son amables y serviciales, también se llega con relativa facilidad. Los puntos en contra son la falta de personal para la cantidad de personas que deben ser atendidas, lo que se reflejará en el tiempo de espera que hay que invertir para terminar el trámite. Un ejemplo es que tienen 19 ventanillas de atención y solo atienden en cuatro o cinco de ellas. Es complicado obtener una cita dado que son muy limitadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están de lujo, muy limpio todo, bastante iluminado y bien organizado.
El personal es amable y atienden relativamente rápido.
El pasaporte lo entregan en una o dos horas si es renovación.
OJO: es crucial que lleven todos los papeles en regla para que no haya problemas o te regresen por un papel que te falta.
Para la renovación se necesita el pasaporte vencido, una copia de la primera página del pasaporte abierto y una del final, el Curp impreso y el comprobante de pago original.
Normalmente se recomienda llegar 15 minutos antes de la cita pero yo recomiendo llegar 30 minutos antes porque te pasan antes y por lo tanto sales más rápido (a veces).
No se necesita llevar fotos tamaño infantil porque ahí toman todos los datos biometricos (huellas dactilares, la retina ocular y firma digital).
Estás oficinas se encuentran en el segundo sótano del edificio Punto MAQ, así que está muy caliente para quedarse afuera, adentro del lugar está fresco.
The facilities are luxurious, everything is very clean, quite bright and well organized.
The staff are friendly and serve you relatively quickly.
The passport is delivered in one or two hours if it is renewal.
NOTE: it is crucial that they carry all the papers in order so that there are no problems or they return you for a paper that you lack.
For renewal you need the expired passport, a copy of the first page of the open passport and one of the end, the printed Curp and the original proof of payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las oficinas están muy bonitas y la poca gente que te atiende muy amable, pero si se tardan mucho, dos horas y media me tardaron y cada vez más gente (y eso que fui temprano para ser de las primeras). en las primeras ventanillas son rápidos, en las segundas hay muchos cubículos de atención (como 20), pero solo trabajan por tiempos o algo así, ya que por lo regular solo de 5 llaman y es dónde se acumula la gente. Ve con un libro o algo para entretenerte.
The offices are very nice and the few people who attend you are very friendly, but they do take a long time, two and a half hours it took me and more and more people (and I went early to be among the first). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a tramitar mi pasaporte a esta oficina, y fue la mejor opción ,la oficina se encuentra en el sótano de la plaza, la atención es muy rápida, muy organizada , te toman la fotografía ahí mismo, y datos de huellas y ojos. Te entregan el pasaporte en una hora aprox. Recomendada !
I went to process my passport at this office, and it was the best option, the office is located in the basement of the square, the attention is very fast, very organized, they take your photograph right there, and fingerprint and eye data. They give you the passport in an hour approx. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las oficinas son grandes, modernas y limpias, con un area para exposiciones de arte afuera, bancas y un café con espacio y mesas para sentarse. En nuestro caso, no estuvo listo nuestro trámite cuándo nos dijeron e incluso nos pidieron descaradamente que aplazaramos nuestro vuelo otro día.
The offices are large, modern and clean, with an area for outside art exhibitions, benches and a café with seating space and tables. In our case, our procedure was not ready when they told us and they even shamelessly asked us to postpone our flight another day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor oficina para tramitar pasaporte. Es sumamente amplia. La atención es muy buena por parte del personal. Si no hay mucha gente, el trámite de renovación dura menos de una hora. Las instalaciones son nuevas. Afuera hay bancas y exposiciones artísticas, además de una cafetería. Se encuentra en el sótano 2 de la plaza.
The best office to process passport. It is extremely broad. The attention is very good from the staff. If there are not many people, the renewal process takes less than an hour.
