★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco está limpio, pero si vas a cajas o especialmente con un ejecutivo, debes disponer por lo menos de dos a dos horas y media para cualquier trámite.
Eso sí, por cuestión de la pandemia hay muy pocos ejecutivos y la gente va a contar sus historias personales y retrasan todo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era un Banco de excelencia. Soy un cliente Select y el día de ayer y la madrugada de hoy pasamos por un hecho lamentable. Resulta que un "ejecutivo" de nombre Juan Carlos Ochoa Montes acudió al domicilio de mi Mamá quien también es cliente del Banco para "actualizar" datos a las 18:30. Mi mamá estaba sola y le dio acceso a su domicilio. Al llegar yo y cuestionarlo todo fue un manojo de nervios y pedí apoyo al 91. Acabando esto en una carpeta de investigación con detenido. Hasta en eso hay que cuidar OS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, tardaron 2 horas en atender, trate de sacar una cuenta y cuando llegué con la ejecutiva nefasta me dijo que ya habían cerrado las cajas que ya no podía sacar la cuenta, siendo que en internet en los requisitos no necesita mínimo de apertura.

No respetan el tiempo de los cuentahabientes.
Salí molesto y preferí abrir la cuenta en Scitiabank donde el tiempo de espera fue de 23 minutos, desde que entre hasta que salí.
Nada más terminó de finiquitar mis pagos y emigró a Scotiabank.

Solo hay dos ejecutivos de cuenta, a pesar de haber 7 escritorios, el gerente del banco en lugar de apoyar a sus ejecutivos se limita solo a apresurarlos.
Su logística es ineficiente , vinimos a hacer una transferencia y aunque la firma no ha cambiado al paso de los años piden una “actualización de firma” (cabe aclarar que el dinero se va a trasladar a otro banco)
No tienen logística , carecen de orden, son extremadamente lerdos, al gerente le falta habilidades resolutivas.
Desconozco si todos los Santander son así, pero por lo que a este refiere no lo recomiendo ni para cajas no para escritorio ni nada.
One of the worst banks I've ever been to.
There are only two account executives, despite having 7 desks, the bank manager, instead of supporting his executives, limits himself to rushing them.
Their logistics are inefficient, we came to make a transfer and although the signature has not changed over the years they ask for a "signature update" (it should be clarified that the money is going to be transferred to another bank)
They do not have logistics, they lack order, they are extremely slow, the manager lacks problem-solving skills.
I don't know if all Santanders are like this, but as far as this one is concerned, I don't recommend it for boxes, not for desktops or anything.
