I have bought a new Telcel SIM here (100 MXN) and bought a packet with 3GB data for (200 MXN). The seller activated cheaper packet with 2GB data on purpose to get some money for herself. I have even asked her to show me how can I check my current balance and it was obvious that I have only 2GB data left and payed for 3GB. Then she just keep saying that it is supposed to be like that and that I have 3GB but it is just not showing in my balance. I knew that she was lying, but the seller did not speak English at all so I have just left..
Avoid this place if you can!
