★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les llame a arreglar la lavadora de ropa. La recepcionista me dijo que la visita tiene un costo de $150, pero el técnico cobro $250! Peor aun, el técnico dictamino que la compostura requiere un motor nuevo ($4,200) que tardaría 10-14 días en llegar de los EEUU. Lo arregle el siguiente día con la ayuda de Youtube y un cople nuevo con costo de $32.50!! Cuídense de ser estafados!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, dejaron mi lavadora mal y tengo más de un mes llamando para la garantía y me dicen que asistirán y no lo hacen. Mi reparación fue en julio. Eso sí me cobrar 6000 pesos.
The service is lousy, they left my washing machine wrong and I have been calling for the warranty for over a month and they tell me they will attend and they don't. My repair was in July. That yes charge me 6000 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Cuidado con los fraudes! No se dejen sorprender. Acudieron de inmediato a "reparar" mi secadora de ropa y me cobraron más de 3000 pesos. Cambiaron refacciones (dos termostatos que son muy baratos) pero al siguiente día (15 de enero 2022) que la "arreglaron" volvió a fallar. Desde entonces, me estuvieron dando largas: primero que iban a pedir unas refacciones que les hacían falta; después, que todavía no les llegaban; luego, que ya les habían llegado y que le iban a hablar al técnico para que acudiera con las refacciones a revisar el equipo. Después de eso, misteriosamente, ni en el local ni el técnico volvieron a contestarme la llamada por lo menos desde hace dos semanas o más, a pesar de que he insistido en ello a diferentes horas. Hoy es 07 de marzo de 2022 y ni sus luces. Verdaderos profesionales del engaño.
