V	Victor Monzon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal servicio a cliente si vienes a recoger un pedido y llegas antes de las 2 te dicne que están en su hora de comida de 2-3 p.m. después te piden un número de viaje que no te llega por email y tienen que contactar a una persona llamada Silvia en el d.f. que si no contesta porque está ocupada nadie más se hace responsable tengo 3 horas esperando mi pedido después del número de viaje se va a operaciones a que me den mi factura otra media hora y luego a cortina a recoger te hacen esperar como 5 horas para recoger un simple pedido de un clima Super bad customer service if you come to pick up an order and arrive before 2pm telling you they are on your 2-3 p.m. meal time. Then they ask you for a travel number that does not arrive by email and they have to contact a person named Silvia in the d.f. Te hacen esperar más de media hora para que te den unas hojas que tienes que ir a entregar en la cortina donde te dan el producto, los guardias te preguntan lo mismo 5 veces, cada uno, hace lo mismo. Muy desesperante. Total más de una hora para poder recoger un artículo que se supone que ya con dar tu número de pedido y tú identificación debería ser suficiente. Nefasta la atención. Pero seguiré comprando por las promociones y buena marca. The products always of excellent quality, the delivery staff sooo slow.
