★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio el viernes fui a recojer un paquete y a pagar llame a servicio a cliente me dijieron que ahí estaría el paquete salió el guardia y me dijo no hay sistema y no me an llamado ya tiene más del mes que lo tienen retenido muy mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no tienen teléfono para dar seguimiento a los envíos. Se tardan mucho en mandar tu paquete a tu domicilio, si ya tardan mucho de fedex Mexico a Oaxaca como 2 días de traslado, que vienen en tortugas o que? Mejoren su atención con los clientes. Y sean más acelerados con los envíos se les está pagando no son gratis.
Bad attention, they don't have a telephone to track shipments. They take a long time to send your package to your home, if they already take a lot of fedex Mexico to Oaxaca as 2 days of transfer, who come in turtles or what? Improve your attention with customers. And be faster with the shipments you are being paid are not free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La P E O R ! Peor peor experiencia. Es horrible. Te hacen esperar sobre la carretera, no hay una sola sombra , arboles , estás en plena terraceria y/o asfalto con temor a que te asalten. El calor es infernal y para terminar se tardaron más de media hora en lo que sacaban mi paquete . Entiendo que no es una sucursal es una bodega, pero aún así deberían dejar pasar y ofrecer una sombra al menos . Muy mal muy muy mal. Tache total !
The worst ! Worst worst experience. It is awful. They make you wait on the road, there is not a single shadow, trees, you are in full dirt and / or asphalt with fear of being assaulted. The heat is hellish and to finish they took more than half an hour to get my package. I understand that it is not a branch, it is a warehouse, but they should still let in and offer a shade at least. Very bad very very bad. Total strike!

Van varias veces que voy a recoger paquetes aunque estamos hablando que es el almacén general de la ciudad y de ahí es donde llegan los trailers con los paquetes y a su vez salen las camionetas a entregar; aún así, agradezco que me entreguen ahí mi envío. Todos tienen presente la atención al cliente. Puede uno rastrear en todo momento por dónde va transitando su paquete. Estoy sorprendido de la buena calidad de servicio que tienen.
Very professional those of FeDex. They go several times that I go to pick up packages, although we are talking about the general warehouse of the city and that is where the trailers arrive with the packages and in turn the vans to deliver; even so, I appreciate that they deliver my shipment there. Everyone has customer service in mind. You can track where your package is going at any time. I am amazed at the good quality of service they have.

La bodega atiende al público a las 9:00am, no a las 8 como dice el horario aquí en Maps.
I've always had a bad experience with FedEx. Sadly, it is not a responsible and committed company, at least in Mexico.
The winery serves the public at 9:00 am, not at 8 as the schedule says here on Maps.
