★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengan con mucha paciencia, investiguen los documentos que necesitan para el trámite que realizarán en la página de SURA o el chat en línea, ya que la persona que atiende no da información si no tienes ficha. Muchas personas se desesperan y se van antes de pasar, también la señora regresa por falta de documentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos son muy profesionales, si es que no realizas tu tramite al 100% en tu visita te explican para que a la siguiente tomes tus previsiones, son dos ejecutivos, y si tardan algo en atender por que tienes que esperar, pero cuando estas con ellos lo entiendes, te explican muy bien el proceso por el que estas ahi, no tengo malos comentarios sobre ello, si tienes dudas respecto a lo que necesitas puedes hacer una cita en su pagina y ahi te dicen que necesitas llevar para tu cita... me caso con SURA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que puedan recibir, no hay personal eficiente y el que hay se tarda demasiado. El servicio es peor que en oficinas de gobierno, nada que ver de cuando hiban a buscarte a tu trabajo para afiliarte a su afore.
Abren a las 9 am pero es mejor que vengan antes porque se hace cola y temprano reparten los turnos, al darte el turno te dicen como a que hora regresar, puede ser después de medio día.
The worst service they can receive, there is no efficient staff and the one that takes too long. The service is worse than in government offices, nothing to do with when they go looking for you at your job to join their afore.
They open at 9 am but it is better that they come earlier because there is a queue and they distribute the shifts early, when they give you the shift they tell you what time to return, it can be after noon.
