that is the price of the phone that I lost, I do not have a bill for the purchase because I did not buy it in any store and when I went to send the iphone with you, they never told me that if my phone was lost or something There would be a way to get it back or get paid for it, I think I paid a good amount for you to take care that my package arrived completely. On the part of ups mexico also made me pay the approximate 300 dollars of Customs payment for the value of my phones so I want you to realize that I am losing 300 dollars of that approximate payment 90 dollars of the shipment of my iphone that I do not get and the 800 dollars I pay for the 1190 dollars I lose. if it was not an expensive phone really and if I had been told that without an invoice I would risk losing everything I HAVE NEVER GAVE MY PHONE TO YOU, it is an expensive phone and it is not fair that I lose my money while ups have thieves working. if at least they can not return my money I do not care I demand that they find the one who stole it
